- 12x24 stalls in a mare motel - 12x12 covered, matted and lightly bedded
- group or private turnout - horses grouped by similar behaviors for maximum harmony
- high quality Stable Mix and hay - grain and supplements provided by owner fed per instruction
- blanketing and fly masks per owner request
- stalls cleaned daily
- layup services (hand walking, bandaging, rehab care), customized care and additional bedding available for a reasonable fee
